Shipping policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. During holidays or new product drops, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Holiday Season: Please allow additional time for USPS/UPS delays
    You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and package weight.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tailored Threadz is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier office to file a claim if your package is missing.

Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
